
The villa has six bedrooms in total, five of which are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have either shower or bathrooms en-suite, and are air conditioned. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, two are twins and the two largest rooms can be made up with two, three or four singles, or a double and one or two singles. Three bedrooms have doors leading out on to the pool terrace, and two have doors onto the lawn, while the first floor bedroom has its own balcony, with wonderful sunset views towards Monchique.

To the front of the property, the lawned area is surrounded by a mature hedge and low wall, providing a quiet area away from the pool terrace to sunbathe, to read or chill out with a drink and good company.

As most golfers know well, the Algarve region is a golfers paradise, and there are eight or nine courses within fifteen minutes drive of the villa. These include Pinta, Gramacho, Penina, Palmares, Salgados, and Vale de Milho. The nearest golf course is less than five minutes by car, and the huge selection of courses around Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura are only half an hour away.
At the villa we have several electric golf trolleys, that can be used for a small fee.

The Algarve has some of the most dramatic and beautiful beaches in Europe. There are the long flat sandy beaches, several kilometres long, with a few hundred metres of sand between the water and the back of the beach. If you prefer the drama of smaller beaches and coves, carved out of the sand stone with spectacular cliffs, and crystal clear water, then there are plenty to choose from. There are also a many very secluded coves with beautiful beaches, that are accessable only by boat. Half an hour along the cost to Lagos, and further west, you can hire surf boards and test your skill in the Atlantic surf.

With your own court right there on your doorstep, you don’t have the hassle and cost of booking courts, getting in the car and then finding that maybe it’s just too hot to play! Carvoeiro village, and the sea, are just a twenty minute walk away, or a few minutes by car. The village with its pretty beach has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves to long, wide beaches, which even during July and August do not get particularly crowded. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from.
