Prices

Prices quoted hereunder are:

• Weekly Rentals: for up to 12 guests. Possibility to have 2 extra guests and are charged at 100 € per week each.
• In low season we offer the possibility to rent the villa partly with 4 rooms for 8 guests. Possibility to have 2 extra guests and are charged at 100 € per week each.
• Daily Rentals: price per room (2 guests) - minimum occupancy is 3 rooms and minimum stay is 3 nights

Payment for villa bookings:
      Deposit of 25% at booking
      Balance plus security deposit eight weeks prior to start of stay

Damages deposit of 500 € required payable with balance. This is returned less any deduction for damages within one week of the end of the rental period. 

EXTRA CHARGES

TOURIST TAX
Since the summer of 2024 our townhall decided to charge a tourist tax. The fee is charged per guest aged 13 (thirteen) or over, in all tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.  From April 1 to October 31 the charge is 2 € per night, in low season the charge is 1 € per night.

COOLING- HEATING
Electricity for air-conditioning or heating (central heating with heat pump) is charged at the basic EDP rate. The meter is read on arrival and departure. Typical cost for air-conditioning in mid-summer is between 60 and 120 € per week, typical cost for heating in winter 100 and 140 € per week.
